Osmania Medical College is a Government Medical College in Telangana 15% of the seats are filled through all India counselling and the remaining 85% of the seats are filled through state counselling following constitutional reservations. Based on data available from 2017, the fees is approximately 14500 per year exluding any miscellaneous charges. The miscellaneous charges included library fees, College maintenance fees, laboratory fees. Now if you belong to Telangana and if you belong to General Category you should score at least 600 and above for a seat in this college because in 2019 under General Category 592 marks secured a seat in Osmania Medical College. It was 490 for SC category, 516 for St category and 504 for BC category. Now this is 2019 data and cutoffs change every year. Cutoffs change every year based on factors like number of candidates appearing for exam, number of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So if you belong to general category you should target atleast 625 and reserved category, you  should try for at least 550.
