Hello
In my present state of mind, a fresh graduate of Chemical Engineering willing to practice, but finding it hard to land a job I would say “No” because most of the vacancies I see are requiring Electrical engineers, Mechanical Engineers the most, and I came into Chemical Engineer with prospects of versatility. Maybe it is a problem of location or economics, I don't know. All I know is that the above statement is circumstanced.
Chemical Engineering is a great course be it you want to work as an employee in pharmaceuticals, Food industry, Oil industry and many more or you want to own your production/manufacturing company, chemistry and chemical engineering will give you a bank of ideas.
It's really wise to study chemical engineering, it is a great course.
