You righlty said JEE Advanced does not disclose the exam pattern but we provide it for candidates for reference. Our exam pattern for JEE Advanced 2017 is based on last years' exam pattern and disclaimer for the same is mentioned in the article, if you check.

Coming to your question, JEE Advanced also does not disclose any weightage of the topics. The coaching centres provide it for candidates' information. Let me know if you want me to share the information.
