227 is a good score and rank fluctuate a lot in between 200-230 marks range.

And this year percentile system has adopted ; but taken into worst conditions as you said you my get rank under 7-10 thousand.( Or may even better than this depending upon exact conditions).

But this a competitive score ; you will surely get good college.
