The second and third merit lists are released on the basis of the current availability of the seats. For B.Com (//B.Com) there are total 240 seats of which most of the seats allocated to the students to whom the college is obliged to admit or to the In-House students the remaining seats are then opened for the students of other colleges or boards. So chances of third merit list release are always tough.
