Hi sorry,there are no scholarships like that.but some colleges like kasturba medical college does offer scholarships based on the rank scored in entrance exam.Good luck.

There is no Such schorlarship been provided for mbbs and bds students. But yes, fees of a govt college is less than any private institute, so that itself may be thought as schorlarship.

But there are some sponsored or private tests. For example:-
Ishan Uday scholarship
FAEA scholarship
Pradhan Mantri Scholarship Yojna

Annual fee in government medical colleges is not much. So if you get a government seat, you might be not in a need for any scholarship.

There are no exams as such. But with your board exam marks and your caste , the state provides with various scholarships. Depending on what state you are you have various scholorships. Tamilnadu provides scholorships for merit students in board exams . 

Sorry to inform but there is no scholarship exam. But if you score well and get a government college seat you will pay subsidized fees
