Fees for MBBS varies from state to state and from category to category. As you have not mentioned your category of eligibility and state of eligibility it is difficult to tell exact fees . There are different schemes in fees , fees would vary from 30000 to 90000 for government seat and upto 7 to 8 lakhs for private seats .
