After completing your masters in Sociology you can go for Phd as you've already cleared NET its going to help you. Other than this you can apply in Universities for the position of assistant professor.

You may also teach in government and private schools.

You can work in NGOs and public relations fields.

Civil service examinations is also an option for you. Other than this you can apply for various banking and SSC exams.
