Natasha, HR has a broad variety of profiles within any company. Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Compensation, Complaince, Onboarding, are few roles for which MBA in Human Resources Candidates are hired. So your B.Sc needn't mandatorily compliment your MBA. But because experience gives you opportunities, you can also move up the ladder in Health Care and Food Technology companies in various roles. For a starter, if you complete your MBA in HR, you can try as a HR Analyst, Staffing Specialist, Technical Recruiter, Learning and Department Analyst, Employee Relations Analyst, etc. As you pile up experience, you will move slowly to the roles of Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Manager, Operations Manager, AVP, VP, etc.
