For calculation of your Rank, Obviously the total marks would be required.
But as far as Merit List and Admission to MBBS Colleges is concerned, the Rank plays a significant role in considering the criteria.
All the cutoffs to colleges are based on the ranks ultimately.
So, as per me, it would be the rank which plays the decissive factor.
