We do not have 2019 data and hence this answer is being based on 2018 data. Now AP MBBS seats are categorised into SVU,OU and AU areas. You need to be a local to that area to claim local status. The cut offs for various areas for BC have been as follows:

AU: 484

SVU:473

OU: 458. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So you will need atleast 500-525 for a seat in MBBS if you hold AP domicile.
