Hello Ali, 

JMI cut off is usually available in the form of rank. And as per rank, the 2018 cut off for the last round of counseling in the CSE department, for Muslim candidate was: 35,303 (AIR). 

They conduct admission through JEE MAINS.If your marks corresponds to this rank or a higher rank, then you have a fair chance of admission. As for your marks, try to score 140 marks and you should be safe (this is not exact but only indicative in nature).
