See there are different cut-offs for different IITs but as you have not mentioned any particular IIT so let me consider an IIT which usually has lower cut-offs as compared to other IITs, so let us take an example of IIT Mandi.

As we go through the latest cut-off of 2020 then it shows that the closing rank for SC category was 2889 for Bio-engineering branch in IIT Mandi. So in regards to JEE-Advance 2021 if you secure your AIR in JEE-Advance under top 2800 then there will be good chances for you to get IIT Mandi and some other IITs.
