Hi there hope you are doing well.  After clearing JEE mains to get admission in a good NIT you should at least score rank under 30000 and then also you will get admission in your state NIT. For any NIT in the nation you should at least score under 20000 to get a good branch with a good NIT. Bad branch is a very stupid decision as the branches will not allow you to have good placement and Good career in the future. Hope this will help you thank you.
