You mustve given your JEE mains examination I presume. PCM marks will be a selection criteria if there is any dispute for seat selection. As you already know that you must have a minimum 75% aggregate in your Class XII marks you're elegible for a selection (if you clear Mains with a good rank). But, chances of getting a course of your choice will be difficult if you have a less PCM aggregate.
