Dear Vishal, as a foreign national you can appear for NEET PG. As per the new eligibility conditions it is not mandatory for Foreign Nationals (FN) to possess the provisional MCI registration certificate. You can write the examination without the MCI registration certificate. A temporary registration will be provided under the condition that you will be duly registered with the competent registering authority of your own country. Now that the University is not MCI recognised, if you atleast have State Medical Council (SMC) Registration, you can appear for NEET PG.
