Hi Muskaan.

The basic eligibility for admission in Bsc and Msc is 50-60 percentage marks in your 12th boards. But for some colleges, the percentage cutoff can go as high as 93-95 percentage in 12th boards. So give your boards well , aiming for a high percentage for a good college.
