Hello aspirant,
The eligibility criteria for jnu undergraduate program shows that the minimum plus two qualification percentile about 45 percentage. Anyone who have equal to or above 45 percentage can apply for jnu admission.

Dear student Admissions to JNU Courses 2019 are conducted through the JNU common entrance exam conducted by the university. The university provides both undergraduate and post graduate programmes in the Arts, Science and Social Science streams.
Qualifying Exam:Pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.

Minimum Marks:Obtain minimum 45% marks in the qualifying exam.

Minimum Age Limit:17 Years as on 1stOctober 2019
