The exact percentile and rank cannot be determined as the exam pattern has changed, and moreover, it depends on the difficulty of the paper, and the performance of the other students.
For a score of 180, in JEE Main 2020, you can get 90-92 percentile, approximately.
Now, assuming that you got 90 percentile, your All India Rank will be 86900 approximately.
But keep in mind that the "marks vs percentile" changes every year.
