Cut off is college specific and branch specific. Here is the cut off in 2019 for few NITs for SC-PWD category
This is to give you an idea.You need to score minimum 80 percentile so that you will have decent chances of getting seat in NITs. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared difficulty of exam and number of seats available.You may as well predict the colleges using our JEE Main College Predictor
