PWD-GEN, PWD-OBC or PWD-SC or ST are the sub-categories of PWD Category.
As you have not mentioned any specific category. I am considering you as a PWD-GEN. As per JEE Mains cut-off is concerned, your score must be minimum in the range of 80-100, you'll definitely get into one of the top 10 NITs of India.
