Hope you are doing well . First of congratulations you have got such a good marks.coming to your question it is difficult to predict rank as this year manipal entrance has changed the pattern and negative marking is also included .As  rank depends on toughness of question and no of students appeared .Comparing last year data and average of that your rank should be <1500 as you got 67% there is chances getting cse.As for last year 140/200 was safe side of Cse which is 70% of total marks but due to negative marking there may decrease in % about 10% to 15%.But without official information nothing surely can be said.
