IIT bombay and IIT kanpur and IIT Madras campus provides BTech in Nuclear engineering. This indicates that there will be high competition. if you have JEE main rank below 500-600 then there is good chance to get admission.

Along with IIT campus,, you can also apply for top universities considering rank. here are some names for suggestion:-

1. Sastra University
2. School of nuclear energy , gandhinagar
3. Amity institute of Nuclear science and technology
4. Homi Bhabha national Institute
5. Bhabha Atomic research center
6. PDPU, gujurat

Practice well to score rank below  500. IIT is best place to study engineering or science.  Give your best.
