It is difficult to predict the exact score as the admission to Computer Science Engineering depends on the cut off rank, category, number of seats available, number of candidates applied for counselling etc. The cut off will be different for each college and it changes every year. The candidates applying under Non-Local category are considered under general category. The cut off rank for CSE will be slightly lower than any other branch in most of the cases so you should be able to score decent rank. By analyzing the past years cut off your need to secure rank under 10,000 to get seat in a decent college in CSE. For that you need to score minimum 90-110 marks or above in TS EAMCET.
