With regards to your question I want to mention that variance of rank on the basis of marks would depend totally upon 3 to 4 factors.
1.Total number of candidates appearing in the examination
2.Increase/ Decrease in number of candidates compared to previous year
3.Cutoff range compared to previous years
4.Number of students performing well i.e crossing the mark of 570
5.Number of seats added or removed in medical colleges or due to addition of new medical colleges
These 5 factors will decide the cutoff and hence the rank.Now according to my opinion the cutoff range must be higher compared to previous years and hence government medical colleges wouldn't be available for anything below 550.However the validity of my statement may definitely vary as this is just my prediction.Wishing you good luck
