Every year there is a new cutoff percentile, getting the marks above or equal to the cutoff will means that you qualified the NEET Exam. The exam authority will prepare the NEET cut-off 2020 based on the number of candidates appeared for the exam, difficulty level of question paper, and total seats for admission.

This year's cutoff will only be released after sometime the exam has  been successfully conducted. You can check out information for NEET and previous years cut-offs on this website:

Since you haven't actually specified that you are talking about minimum marks of which course or in which category i'll provide you a link which you can use in order to check previous year cut offs and find it out by yourself as it would be meaningless to write so much data here as irrelevant one will only confuse you further.
