I hope you are doing well. As you know that both the courses are totally different . B. Pharmacy it is 4 year course and Bsc in chemistry is 3 year course.

If you take admission in Bsc in chemistry then you go for government job , Msc, PhD or you can get job in any company as a chemist.

In second case if you take admission in B pharmacy you're become pharmacovigilence ,data or go for M pharmacy, MBA or medicine company cEo or you can be clinical pharmacist in hospital.
