The cut off rank for every year is different. here is the approximation:-

If you want to get admission in AIIMS delhi then you need to score

Gen category:- 150+

OBC category:-140+

SC/ST:-130+

FOR GETTING ADMISSION IN ANY OTHER AIIMS COLLEGE :-

GEN :-110+

OBC:-105+

SC/ST:-95+
