I would suggest you to go for MBA finance as it is related to yur field . 

But , if you have interest in Internationational business you can go for it .

At the end , the choice of MBA will be the choice of your whole career .

Hi Shubham,

Considering your position whether your priorities are different the best specialisation would obviously be banking and finance. If you dont wish to get transferred do it from a regular institute and change the job or even after doing it from distance you can apply for some other profile in different organisation. MBA will always make you more capable than what you currently are hence you can try this.

My suggestion  DO you understand what Job/Career opportunities are you going to be exploring after each of these education endeavours?

Be objective and consider the following while applying:

1. Getting into a B-School is not an accomplishment in itself. It is a means to an end. The goal is to find the job opportunity that will really inspire you. The goal is to get out of the LIMBO that you are in right now, and not jump into the next one.

2. Network extensively with the target industry professionals. Get into conversations with people who have built a career in your areas of interest in IB and Finance. Do enough due diligence to find out if that job is worth your time.
