There are many Pathways for a B.Sc. Botany Graduate to a successful career. Let me list some of them below

1. If Interested in School Teaching, you may pursue a B.Ed or M.Sc. Botany and then B.Ed, followed by applying for Faculty Positions in Schools.

2. If Interested in Academia and Professional Research in Institutes, Laboratories or R&D Organizations, you may plan a M.Sc. in Botany followed by a PhD. You may have a very successful career henceforth as a Professor or Researcher.

3. Nowadays MBA is an option for Everyone. A lot of Non Engineering, Non Finance/Commerce Background students choose to pursue MBA in HR, after their Graduation or Postgraduation. You may consider this Option as it has really great career scope and prospects. You may even consider Business Management (MBA BM) or General Management, as they are equally great.

4. You may complete your Postgraduation in Botany and then consider yourself for Faculty Positions in Reputed NEET Coaching Institutes in India or Signup with some of the Reputed Online Education Providers as a Faculty. This Route is nowadays heavily taken by young graduates and postgraduates.

5. Government Services/UPSC CSE/Railways/SSC CGL/State Administrative Service Examination/SBI PO

6. If interested in a Stable Job, you may change your stream to Computer Applications. You may pursue a MCA from some of the Top NITs, followed by getting recruited by Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, etc.
