Hi,  After Bcom to get handsome salary with good packages you can further pursue master degree courses like MBA, Law etc. This will give you name and fame. Incase you just want to do Bcom and start working initially you won't get paid much and can start with some experience. Before working in any organisation you can prefer to do some relevant internship and get experience so that you join in the next level in future and after appropriate experience. Hope this helps.
