IT focuses on meeting the need of user through creation, application and management of computing technologies where as computer science and engineering is more about coding, web developing. And more then me you must be having idea of what is what. So make your choice. One important thing is both of vast scope. Give your best study hard, because more and more startups are coming and more is the need of computer science engineer and IT engineer. Look far away with what you choose.
