It totally depends on your personal interest. Both the fields have lots of opportunities. But doing B.sc agriculture from a university recognized by ICAR will be more beneficial.
Bsc agriculture deals with production, yield enhancement, disease resistance, food, flora etc., whereas pharmacy deals with drugs, clinical set ups etc.
You have to choose wisely. Choose a university that provides good placements, industrial exposure, workshops, trainings etc.
