JEE Main 2019 (April session) will be conducted from April 7th to April 20th in computer-based mode, and the Drawing test for Paper 2( For BArch and B.Planning) which will be pen-and-paper based exam.
You need to go to the official website of JEE main and fill up the form. Heres the link: https://jeemain.nic.in/webinfo/Public/Home.aspx

While filling up the form you'll be needing these documents ,
A photograph

Dimensions  3.5 cm x 4.5 cm

signature of candidate and candidate's Guardian/parents.

Dimensions  3.5 cm x 1.5 cm

and after filling the application form with the mentioned documents you have to pay the examination fees and then you have to take a print out of the acknowledgement page.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2019 application form (April session) on February 8. The last date to register is March 7 with the deadline to upload the images and payment of application fee being March 8. Candidates who had registered for the January session must apply for the April session using their January session credentials. Candidates appearing in April for the first time must register and fill the JEE Main application form afresh. JEE Main application form 2019 comprises entering requisite details, uploading of images and application fee payment. JEE Main 2019 for April session will be conducted between April 7 to 20. national testing agency (NTA) has released an online application form for the april session on February 8.
Also, student can fill the application form from February 8- march 7.
you can apply now,  as the last date of filling application form is march 7 2019
