Dear Aditya, the documents you need are:

1. Advocate Id card (if issued by State Bar Council)

2. Enrollment Certificate

3.Scanned photo and signature

4. Category certificate (if applicable)

5. Disability certificate (if applicable)

Sign the photocopy of the documents. Ensure that your signature overlaps at least one of the boundaries of the document. This is similar to cross signature on a photo. If there are multiple pages in the document, ensure you sign on all the pages.
