This decision has to be solely taken by you. Choose which branch suits you better or in other words, which branch you actually want to study. Choose a branch and go ahead with that. Again, if you do not have any inclination towards any of these branches, then do one thing, compare the colleges based on various factors like - campus, infrastructure, academics, co curriculum activities, involvement in various Clubs and Societies. Whichever college suits better, choose that.
