For GD and PI, you must be aware about current trending topic like international and national issues and you must be aware about the social and political things. Because we can't predict that topic for GD but there is a high chance that it will be something related to current issues or about basic knowledgeable thing. And when it comes to PI so one thing which really works in PI and GD too is confidence. Be confident, check your profile and must have a quick revision of all the things which you have mentioned in your profile. Because it's possible they will ask something from that only. Like if you have mentioned you know some computer language than they can ask basic question from that. So it's really important that whatever you write in your profile it should be true and you have all the knowledge related to that.

You should first of all do a SWOT analysis jotting down all your strengths and weaknesses. And then prepare answers of the basic questions like a brief introduction about yourself and your hobbies and interests and why do you want to pursue MBA.

After that try to brush up some basics of your graduation subjects. Usually tier 3 colleges like Jaipuria, NL Dalmia and others don't usually ask questions from graduation but the knowledge would be useful if you sit for an interview of some tier 1 or 2 colleges. But keep the goings on in the country and the world handy as this would help you both in Group Discussions as well as PI. Go through the newspaper everyday to keep yourself updated.

If you can prepare this much it would suffice. These colleges usually check your communication skills and your employability.
