Both the colleges have great faculty, good placement track record and good people crowd that take admission in the college. Now, the main difference between these colleges would be the campus, its amenities, college fests and the location of the colleges.

The prime factor that you must consider is the location of both the colleges i.e. whether you want Mumbai or Pune to spend 4 years of your life. Next, if you want great college events and active college life with great fun and campus life, I recommend you should take CS SPIT over CS PICT as SPIT has a huge campus and their annual great technocultural event OCULUS. They also have a big campus in the heart of Mumbai and its own ground and gym sports complex. PICT on the other hand lacks these facilities. Also, check out the fees capacity of both the colleges before coming to a conclusive decision.
