The exams that you have mentioned are either for medical or engineering seats. They have nothing to do with BBA.
Can't say about all the colleges but most of the colleges give admission in BBA course on the basis of 12th boards percentage.

For BBA these entrance exams aren't required. They are purely meant for science field, engineering , medical etc.

You can directly apply for BBA in the required college
