Hey,

It's quite easy to get placed from NITs, as most of the companies recruit NIT graduates as their employees. So, you need to just get in touch with placement trends and process. Generally, placement procedure is divided into Aptitude Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview.

If you are seeking for placements in PSUs, so you need to prepare for GATE examination and core sector job role.

Also, if you are looking in private sector, then your aptitude part must be strengthened enough to crack basic questions of aptitude. You should keep practicing Group Discussions and Interviews amongst your friend group or College Societies.

The main focus should be technical skills related to your preferred job role or work field. You can choose a dream company and get through previous placement process and prepare accordingly.
