BCA is a three year under graduation course. There is no huge skills required for BCA. However, if you have some programming skills and computer related knowledge, then it will be good. You can also go for higher studies. Most of the BCA Graduates go for MCA to increase their skills in the relevant field. You can also go for MBA if you are interested in management field.
