You can't apply in All India Quota seats with sports quota. There is no sports quota at national level counseling. It's given on a state level. In some states, there is sports quota and you have to provide supporting documents during the counseling. However the reservation is only for 1% .

I don't know about other states but in haryana .

yes… there is sports quota in state counseling.

The students who have recieved some achievements in sports are given some extra marks in the grand total.

But in All India quota counseling… there is no sports quota.
