what subjects should I study from NCERT if I have to do foundation course for UPSC civil services exam?

Thank you for showing your interest. The subjects of UPSC CSE in NCERT covers from class 6 to 12. For General Studies I, the subjects are Social Science which have Ancient India, Medieval India, Modern India, Indian History, Indian Society, Indian Art and Culture, Geography which contains Our Earth, Environment, Contemporary India, Fundamental of Physical Geography and Human Geography, Indian People and Economy and World History. For General Studies II, the subjects are Political Science which contains Democratic Politics, Indian Constitution at Work, Political Theory and Contemporary World Politics. For General Studies III, the subjects are Economics in which Understanding Economic Development, Indian Economic Development, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics and Science & Technology and its development from class 6 to 12. For General Studies IV, the subjects are Ethics and Psycology.
