• Candidate’s Photograph in JPEG Format
• Candidate’s Signature in JPEG Format
• Aadhaar Number/Passport Number/Ration Card Number/Bank Account Number or any other valid Government ID Number (any one of the proof)
• Class 10 Mark Sheet
• Caste Certificate for SC/ST
• Class 12 Mark sheet
• Date of Birth Proof Certificate
• A valid debit/credit card or Net banking account or UPI or PAYTM Service
