Hello dear,
you have to go for MSC because In these days Engineering is as good as wasting your time. The teachers have mugged up the subjects when they studied and they want you to do the same. They will just pass on the notes they got from their teachers for you to learn by heart and vomit the same in the answer sheets during examinations. That means you will not become a Engineer in the real sense. If you take lot of interest and try to pick up from coaching centers, private tutors and the internet then you will become an eight pointer or more than that. Do the practicals at home with the help of spare parts and other equipment available in the local market or from Texas. If you have ideas of your own and can bring them to reality you will be a success ! In case you are only bookish type then go for MSc it will be helpful for future.

Hope This Helps.
