If you wish to work after pursuing BBA, you can as BBA students are hired usually as management trainees by many companies. Pursuing MBA after BBA gives you a professional advantage as you have a master’s degree which is automatically preferable over Bachelor’s. Second, pursuing a master’s degree will allow you to do an in-depth study of management topics. Third, many B-schools offering MBA/PGDM allow its students to go for professional training with corporate firms during the course which is another advantage.
