Greetings aspirant!

First of all remain calm, if you have forgotten your registration code and it isn't in your mails as well. trying checking your text messages. Their is one more option you can go to the registration window and click on forget your login details option. Fill in the required details and recover your code.

If none of the things work, please contact help desk of AIIMS and tell them your problem, they will definitely help you. Visit the link below for their contact information.
