The JEE advance clearance depends on two things; minimum marks secured in each subject and minimum aggregate marks. For ST category, last year, the minimum marks needs to be secured in each subject was 5 and minimum aggregate marks was 17.5. A revised cut off was also released which lowered the minimum marks aggregate marks to 12.5

This year's JEE advanced is yet to happen so it will be impossible to give the cutoffs but till then you can have a look on the previous Year's cutoffs which can give a rough idea.
