I got this info from the web and it's for CSE. And as you mentioned that you want for civil, mechanical. Generally, the cutoff will be more than the below mentioned.
The cutoff of 2016 is as follows:

general category:

3. NTPC(wards)- 101290

Cutoff for OBC:

1.Home state-96219

2.All India-41685

3. NTPC(wards) - 120931

For SC category:

Home state-299105
All India- 201777
NTPC-280778

Cutoff for ST category:

Home state-273559
All India-370256
NTPC-453918

There are separate cutoffs under female and PWD categories as well.

However, their may be drastic change in the cutoffs this year on better ranking.
