Hello the neet exam is for 720 marks total of which 119 marks are taken as cutoff for general category. So the following factors are considered while deciding cutoff:

1. No. Of candidates appeared 

2. No. Of seats available

720 are the maximum marks in NEET. Candidates need to score the cutoff marks of NEET to qualify the exam. The cutoff of the last year was 119.

The cutoff for NEET UG 2018 was 119 marks for general category.
The candidate with 119 marks was the last one to qualify the NEET UG 2018.
